How Delivery Works
You choose how to receive your gold at checkout, and you can still change it on the Trade page after your payment is confirmed. Which methods are available depends on the game:
- Face to Face: our trader meets your character in game and hands over the gold directly.
- Guild: our trader deposits the gold into the guild you specify.
- Mail: we send the gold to your character through the in-game mail.
- Auction House Buyout: you list an item at the price shown on your order and we buy it out, so you never trade directly with our trader.
Face to Face and Guild are the fastest: most orders arrive within 1-30 minutes of payment, day or night, because our team works around the clock. Mail and Auction House Buyout take about 1 extra hour because of how the game handles them. See Delivery Methods and delivery times for details.
How We Keep Your Trade Safe
Card payments go through Stripe, so your card details are never shared with us, and we screen every order for anything that seems amiss. We never ask for your game login. If we can't deliver, you get your money back: we refund before delivery at any time, and a partly delivered order is refunded for the undelivered part. If the game publisher takes back gold we delivered, we'll resend it or refund the amount removed, as long as you send us the notice within 7 days.
