You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of FastWoWGold.com and our affiliates without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing FastWoWGold.com's name or trademarks without the express written consent of FastWoWGold.com. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by FastWoWGold.com. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of www.FastWoWGold.com so long as the link does not portray FastWoWGold.com, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner and is revocable at will under any circumstance or condition by FastWoWGold.com. Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use FastWoWGold.com's services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. FastWoWGold.com and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Game Account Risk & Eligibility

In-game currency and item trading, including the services offered on this site, is not officially sanctioned by the applicable game publisher and may violate the End User License Agreement or Terms of Service of the game in question. The publisher may, at its sole discretion, suspend, ban, or otherwise penalize any account involved in such transactions. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk, and FastWoWGold.com is not responsible for any penalty, suspension, or loss of access to your game account resulting from your purchase.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of the game account and character(s) used to receive delivery, or that you have the owner's express permission to use them for this purpose. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from providing account or character access to a third party in connection with your order.

Marketplace

The Marketplace lets registered customers who have verified their e-mail address and phone number and connected Telegram post listings to sell in-game currency to other customers on the same game server, and place orders on those listings. Listings are written by the customers who post them. We review listings before they appear, but we do not verify that a poster owns the currency or account they describe, and a listing is not an offer made by FastWoWGold.com. The risks described under Game Account Risk & Eligibility above apply to every Marketplace trade in full.

Customers can also post a request to buy in-game currency (a “wanted” post). A wanted post is only an announcement: it requires no payment, is not an order, and does not oblige anyone to sell. We review wanted posts before they appear, and we may e-mail or message customers of the same game or server about them. A trade only happens when a seller posts a listing and a buyer places an order on it, and then the rules above apply.

Game accounts can also be listed. Only list an account you own and are allowed to sell. The seller hands the account details to the buyer in the trade chat after payment. After the buyer confirms the account, we keep the payment for seven more days; during that time the buyer can report a problem, and a seller who recovers or changes the account after the sale will not be paid and may be banned from the Marketplace. Selling or buying an account can violate the game publisher’s terms of service and may lead to the account being suspended; this risk is entirely the parties’ own.

When a customer orders from a listing (the whole amount or, down to the listing's minimum amount, part of it), the buyer pays FastWoWGold.com, not the seller, and gives the name of the character that will receive the currency. We hold the payment while the seller delivers the currency in game. The seller then marks the trade as delivered, together with a video recording of the delivery (showing the game, server and character, and the currency being handed to the buyer's character), and the buyer confirms receipt; once the buyer confirms, we pay the seller the agreed price less any service fee shown on the trade page. The buyer also pays the payment-processing fee shown before paying. If the buyer has not paid within the time shown, the trade is cancelled and the amount returns to the listing.

If the seller does not deliver in time, the buyer does not confirm in time, either side reports a problem, or a payment is disputed with a bank or card issuer, the trade is paused and our team reviews it. We may, at our sole discretion and based on the evidence available to us, refund the buyer or pay the seller, and our decision is final. We never release a payout while a trade is under review. Payouts are sent manually to the payout account you provide; you are responsible for its accuracy. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed after a payout may be recovered from the seller. Delivery videos are visible to the buyer and to our team, and we may keep them as long as needed to resolve disputes. A seller who cannot provide a clear delivery video may not receive a payout for a disputed trade.

When a listing is approved, we may e-mail customers who have previously purchased on the same server to tell them about it. These notifications do not include the poster's e-mail address or character name, and every notification includes a link to stop receiving them. We may decline, remove, or close any listing, cancel a trade, and restrict access to the Marketplace, at our sole discretion and without notice. Listings expire automatically after a limited time. Do not trade outside the platform: we cannot help with trades or payments made outside it.

Affiliate Program

Registered members may join the Affiliate Program from the Affiliate page. A member who joins receives a commission on the service fee of every completed order placed by a customer who first signed up or ordered through the member's link, for as long as that customer keeps ordering. The commission rate, the confirmation period (currently 30 days after an order completes) and the minimum payout (currently $50) are shown on the Affiliate page and may be changed for future orders. A customer is linked to one affiliate only, the first time, and the link cannot be changed. Customers who join through a member's link may receive extra currency on their first order; the amount is shown on the site and we may change or end it at any time.

Commissions are reduced in proportion to any refund of the order, and an order that is refunded, disputed with a bank or card issuer, or found to be fraudulent earns no commission; a commission already paid out for such an order is deducted from later commissions. Commissions are paid by PayPal, Zelle / Interac e-Transfer or USDC to the account the affiliate provides; the affiliate is responsible for the accuracy of those details and for any taxes. Orders placed by the affiliate or by anyone acting for the affiliate, and orders obtained through spam, misleading claims, fraud or abuse of the link, earn no commission. FastWoWGold.com may withhold or reverse commissions and may suspend any affiliate at its sole discretion.

FastWoWGold.com and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notice to support@fastwowgold.com that identifies the copyrighted work, the page or content on our site you believe infringes it, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner. We will review the notice and remove or disable access to infringing content where appropriate.

Product Descriptions

FastWoWGold.com and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing a product or service. However, FastWoWGold.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The in-game currency and services sold on this site are virtual goods delivered directly into your game account or character; once delivery is confirmed, the transaction is final and the goods cannot be "returned" in the way a physical product would be. If an order is not delivered as described, your sole remedy is to contact us within 24 hours of the order being marked complete to request a resolution, which may include redelivery or a refund at our discretion.

Satisfaction Guarantee

FastWoWGold.com offers a satisfaction guarantee. We would issue a refund if you are not satisfied with our service and contact us directly to request a refund. You agree to contact us first and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before disputing a charge with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or after your order has already been delivered as described, is considered fraudulent use of our services and will result in immediate and permanent suspension of your account. We reserve the right to contest such disputes and to provide your order, delivery, and communication records to the payment provider or card issuer as evidence.

Delivery

All in-game currency is delivered directly to your character or account in the game world; there is no physical shipping and no shipping fee unless specified. The delivery method (face-to-face trade, auction house, or in-game mail) and estimated delivery time are shown on your order page and may vary based on the game, server, and current market conditions.

Payment Verification

To protect against fraud and unauthorized use of payment methods, we may verify your identity or payment details before releasing an order for delivery. This may include requesting additional documentation, a phone call, or a text/voice verification code. We reserve the sole discretion to decide whether verification is required, to delay or hold an order pending verification, and to decline or cancel an order if verification cannot be completed.
