Why so fast?

We give farmers the highest price in the market, which is what guarantees your timely delivery. Our farmers are online constantly and deliver orders in the order they were made. We guarantee 1-30 minute delivery time based on when the payment is received. If you choose AH Buyout, AH takes 1 hour to send you the gold after we buy the items you list in AH.

How do you deliver the gold?

We will trade with you face to face in the game or choose Auction House Buyout as the delivery methods.

Do you provide mail trade method?

Yes, it's safe. It takes about 1 hour to receive the gold.

Why haven't I received my order yet?

1. Your order has some trouble, we need to double check it by phone, or you can contact us.
2. Your character is wrong, please tell us the right one. Your faction and server are wrong, please tell us the right one.
3. Your payment is pending, it needs 3-7 days to clear. When your payment is cleared, we will send the gold to you as soon as possible.
4. We haven't been able to reach you in-game yet.

Why do you need a phone number?

In order to deliver the gold to you in time, we need your phone number so that we can contact you at any time.
