Is paying by card safe?

Yes. Your card details go to our secure payment processor, not to us. You get a receipt by email once the payment is done.

You don't have to pay by card to be protected. Refunds don't depend on how you pay: card, Zelle, e-Transfer and USDC (Base) all follow the same Refund Policy.

Which delivery method is safest?

All four are safe. From safest to least safe:

1. Auction House Buyout — you never trade with our trader. You list an item, we buy it out.
2. Guild — our trader deposits the gold into your guild. Takes 1-30 minutes.
3. Mail — hands-off, but takes about 1 hour.
4. Face to Face — fastest, but you meet our trader in person, so follow the tips below.

Will my account get banned?

The chance is very small. Publishers mostly act against the accounts that sell gold, not the players who buy it. Bans and takebacks on our customers are rare, and rarer still if you follow the tips below. We keep the risk low by trading by hand with normal in-game methods and never asking for your login.

What if the publisher takes back my gold?

We resend the gold or refund the amount removed in full, your choice. Just send us the publisher's notice within 7 days.
