Refund Policy
Before delivery
You can get a refund any time before delivery. If we've delivered part of the order, we refund the rest. For example, you buy 100k gold for $100 and we've delivered 40k: you get back $100 × 60/100 = $60.
After the order is complete
Once an order is marked complete, we generally can't refund it. The exception is when the delivery was wrong, short, or not as described because of our error. Contact us and we'll fix it, by redelivery or a refund at our discretion.
How long does a refund take?
We process approved refunds right away. When it shows up depends on how you paid:
- Card — usually 3-5 business days.
- Zelle and e-Transfer — sent back to the same account, usually 1-3 business days.
- USDC (Base) — sent on-chain, usually within minutes.
What if the game publisher takes back my gold?
Publishers' rules are against real money trading (see the Terms of Use), so now and then they take gold back. If that happens to gold we delivered, we'll resend it or refund it in full, your choice.
- Send a screenshot of the publisher's notice (or of the in-game change) through Contact Us within 7 days.
- For an email, show the full header (sender, recipient, date) and the notice text. You can cover other personal details.
- Keep the in-game mail and the notification email in case we have questions.
This covers gold you still have on the receiving character. It doesn't cover gold you traded to another character after delivery.
If you'd rather have the gold resent: list an item (not grey or white quality) in the Auction House at a price equal to the amount taken, and tell us the item name and price. We'll check your case within 48 hours, and if it all adds up, we buy the item from you in game.
Marketplace trades
Marketplace trades have their own protection. We hold your payment until you confirm you got the gold. If the seller doesn't deliver in time or you report a problem, our team decides on a refund or a release to the seller; nothing is released automatically. See Marketplace.
