For every customer who joins through your referral link, you earn 50% of our service fee on every order they ever complete, not just the first one.
Our service fee is 10% of the gold price (the cost of the gold, before payment fees), so you earn about 5% of the gold price. For example, on a $100 order you earn $5.
Your friends get a head start too: a new customer who orders through your link gets 5% extra gold on their first order.
Who counts as my customer?
Anyone who signs up or places their first order after clicking your link. The link is remembered for 30 days, and the first affiliate a customer comes through is theirs for good: it never changes, and it keeps paying every time they order. Customers who have already ordered from us can't be referred, and you can't earn on your own orders.
How do I share my link?
Your personal link works on any page of the site, so share it wherever your friends are: Discord, guild chat, a video description.
To see which place works best, add a tag to the end of the link, for example &sub=youtube. Your affiliate page then
shows clicks, new customers, buyers, orders and commission for each tag.
When can I withdraw?
A commission is confirmed 30 days after the order completes, so that refunds can be settled first. Once your confirmed balance reaches $50, you can request a payout from your affiliate page. We send it manually, usually within a few business days.
You can be paid by PayPal, Zelle / e-Transfer or USDC (pick the network for your wallet address). Zelle works with US bank accounts and Interac e-Transfer with Canadian ones. Double-check your payout details: we can't recover money sent to a wrong account or network.
We notify you by email, and on Telegram if you connect it in your profile, when you earn a commission and when a payout is requested, sent or declined. Your affiliate page lists every commission with its order, status and amount.
What about refunds?
If an order is partly refunded, the commission is reduced in proportion. An order that is fully refunded, disputed with a bank or card issuer, or found to be fraudulent earns no commission, and if it was already paid out the amount is deducted from your later commissions.
What isn't allowed?
Orders placed by you or on your behalf, and orders brought in through spam, misleading claims or other abuse of your link, earn nothing. Orders that look like self-referrals are held for manual review before they count, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the program. The full rules are in our User Agreement.
How do I join?
Open the Affiliate Program and click "Join the Affiliate Program" to get your personal referral link. You'll be asked to log in first. If you've ordered from us before, use the email you paid with and we'll send you a code, no password needed. New here? Create a free account with your email (we'll send you a code), then join.
