What scams should I watch out for?

Our trader won't ask you to return your gold after trading for any reason (screenshots, bonus, banned account, and so on). Anyone who does that is a scammer! If you return your gold to them, we can't cover that loss.

How does this scam usually happen?

A scammer who sees you and our trader together — your character at a high level, our trader's usually at level 1 — guesses you're trading. They quickly create a character with a name similar to our trader's and use a fake reason to threaten or scam you. Creating a new character in WoW takes only seconds, so always double-check the exact character name before trading.
