Which payment methods do you take?

Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, e-Transfer (CAD) and USDC (Base). What you see depends on your order's currency, and checkout shows the list. We don't take PayPal.

Is paying by card safe?

Yes. Our payment processor handles your card details, and they're not shared with us. You get a receipt by email once the payment is done.

Every order is covered by our money-back guarantee: if we can't deliver, you get a full refund.

Why is there a separate payment fee?

We don't hide the payment fee inside the gold price. It shows as its own Payment Fee line on the order form, and it depends on the method you pick. The gold price stays the same whichever way you pay. See how our prices work.

How are Zelle, e-Transfer and crypto confirmed?

Zelle and e-Transfer are confirmed by hand once we see the funds, so they're a bit slower than card payments. USDC (Base) is confirmed automatically once the transaction shows on-chain. Crypto can't be reversed once sent, so check the address and amount first.

What if I need a refund?
