All four delivery methods below are safe — we've used every one of them successfully for years. That said, here they are ranked from safest to least safe, based on how little direct contact with our trader each method requires:
- Auction House Buyout — the safest option. You never trade directly with our trader; you just list an item and we buy it out, so there's nothing for a scammer to impersonate.
- Guild — very safe, since the gold goes straight into your guild bank rather than being handed over in person.
- Mail — safe and hands-off, but slower (about 1 hour) since it relies on the in-game mail system.
- Face to Face — fast and convenient, but involves meeting our trader in person in-game, so please follow the anti-scam tips on this page carefully.
Will my account get banned if I buy gold?
Occasionally, the game publisher takes back traded gold. If that happens and it's our responsibility, we promise to provide a redelivery or full refund.
What security precautions are taken to protect my personal information?
We take the protection of our clients' personal information very seriously. We have
