Verification

Why verify?

It's an anti-fraud check. It protects you and us from stolen cards and fake orders, and lets us reach you during delivery. After you pay, the order waits in Verifying until both your email and phone are verified.

How does it work?

1. Email: we send a code. Enter it on the Verify page.
2. Phone: pick your country, enter your number, and enter the code we text you.
3. Some orders then get a quick manual review. After that the order moves to Delivering and you go to the Trade page.

Already verified on an earlier order? You don't need to do it again.

The code didn't arrive

• Email: check spam or promotions, and check the spelling of the address.
• Text: check the country code and number. Landline? Choose Call Me Instead and we'll call and read you the code. You can use the call option a limited number of times.
• Still stuck? Contact us on WhatsApp, Telegram or email.

Can I use a VOIP or virtual number?

No. Use a real mobile or fixed-line number. Our fraud checks reject VOIP and virtual numbers.

Is my information safe?

We only use your email and phone for verification, order updates and contacting you about your order. See the Privacy Policy. Contact us only through Contact Us.
