Friends & Reputation

Reputation levels

Your level is worked out automatically from your orders and account. Other players only see your level, never your orders or amounts.

• New: no completed orders yet.
• Regular: at least 1 completed order.
• Trusted: at least 5 completed orders, email and phone verified, and an account at least 90 days old.
• Veteran: the same as Trusted, with at least 20 completed orders.
• Restricted: shown only to you and our team, when an order was flagged as risky or the account was suspended from social features. Friends and messaging are unavailable.

A report against you that our team upholds also keeps you from reaching Trusted or Veteran. Your level and next step are on your Profile.

Friends

Customers on the same server can add each other as friends, and so can players who have traded on the Marketplace. Both of you need a nickname (set it on your Profile) and a paid order on the same server. You only see nicknames, never emails.

• If a request is declined, the sender has to wait 30 days before asking again.
• You can send up to 20 requests a day and have up to 200 friends.
• You can delete a friend or block someone at any time. Deleting or blocking removes your message history for both of you.

Messages

Friends can send each other text messages of up to 1,000 characters. Trade partners can also message each other from the trade page, and buyers can ask a seller a question from a listing before ordering. We can email you a copy and send it to Telegram; you can turn that off in Profile (see Telegram notifications).

Report abuse

Use Report next to a message that is spam, harassment, a scam or private dealing outside our protection. Our team reviews every report. Confirmed abuse is a warning on that person's record, and serious cases lose access to friends and messaging. You can also block the sender right away.

Never pay or trade outside the Marketplace with someone you met through a message. We can only protect trades made through the site.
